How do sizes run for squeaky shoes?
You'll find that some brands of squeaky shoes don't quite run the same size as US sizes. I would encourage you to order a size that will allow growing room for your child's feet. Please contact us before ordering if you are still unsure which size to purchase for your child. We would be more than glad to assist you with your purchase.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are given provided that the shoes are returned unworn in new condition. Refunds are available within 7 days of receiving the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Know your child's size. You are responsible for measuring his/her feet/shoes and comparing this to our sizing charts.
How can the squeaking components be removed?
As much joy as they create for your child, there may be times, you would like to temporarily or permanently remove the squeakers from your child's shoe. This is easily done by sliding out the squeaking components or placing a piece of tape over them. If not damaged, the squeaking component will work properly once replaced in shoe or the tape is removed.
